How To work With Us

1. Artwork

We employ a full-time designer, who can adapt your existing artwork to suit location, or produce new artwork for your business. The process of artwork, design and approval means you get exactly the sign you want. We can also advise on the practical implications of turning existing artwork into signs.

2. Site Visits

Our sales staff are happy to attend your premises, talk through your requirements and take appropriate photos and measurements of the proposed sign locations. We carry most practical material samples with us, so you can choose colours, finishes etc whilst at your premises.

3. Sign Licenses

We can handle all aspects of sign license applications for you, including providing scaled artwork to support your application, completion of all necessary forms and liaison with councils. Having dealt extensively with many councils, we can also advise on how best to approach the process in order to get a speedy and satisfactory outcome. We also have have copies of all town council sign regulations.

4. Obligation-free quotes

All our quotes are obligation free. We aim to provide value for money whilst using the highest standard materials at all times.

5. Buy or Lease

Over 200 businesses in Perth alone choose to lease signs from us, with our Rental with Full Maintenance plan. Under this plan the capital outlay is replaced with fully tax-deductible monthly payments, spreading the cost of your signs over a long term. The full maintenance part of the plan means that you or your clients can be guaranteed that any problem with the sign over the term of the lease will be quickly fixed. Our plans can also be upgraded to include free repair of malicious damage and/or regular cleaning and checking of the signs.

6. After-Sales Service

We back ourselves. We use the best quality materials at all times, and any problem related to manufacture which occurs within 12 months of the sign being put up will be fixed free-of-charge.
